Our products are intended for RC cars and care must be taken due to the fragile nature of small electronics. All sales are final.

In the case of any manufacturing defect, product may be exchanged within 14 days of original receipt. Please notify our team by sending an email to phil@valhalla-rc.com. A shipping label will be generated and sent back to you for product return.

 

Once the original product has been returned, a thorough inspection will be conducted. If a replacement is warranted, we will ship the replacement at no cost to you. If our tests find the equipment is working properly, we will ship the original product back to you at no cost.
